HALIFAX – Police have two people in custody after a stabbing outside the Woodlawn Library in Dartmouth Thursday night.
Halifax Police responded to reports of a fight between two groups of men around 7 p.m. Thursday night. When officiers arrived on the scene they say they found one teenage boy with a minor stab wound to his torso.
The teen was taken to Dartmouth General for treatment.
Police also arrested one other teenager and one adult at the scene.
They say the incident was not random and all parties knew each other. No charges have yet been laid and the investigation is ongoing.
