NORTH BATTLEFORD, Sask. – Mounties are hoping surveillance photos from a gas and dash will help lead to an arrest. Around 9 p.m., a man pulled into a gas station on the Highway 16 bypass in North Battleford.
He proceeded to fill his truck and jerry can with gas before deciding to leave without paying.
