A White Rock building will have to be torn down following a three alarm fire that broke out early this morning.
According to witnesses, people living above the Gelateria Italia and Coffee Shop started hearing the fire alarm around 7 a.m. and by the time fire crews arrived, the building was fully engulfed in flames.

Crews are still investigating but believe the fire started in the attic of the business.
Some residents said they started smelling smoke last night but were unsure where it was coming from.
