At 8:15am Owner/Chef Chris Velden of Flying Apron Cookery in Summerville will be along with his two daughters (8 & 11) to promote the youth cooking classes he’s got coming up next week! Just think – your kids cooking you a Shepherd’s Pie on St. Patrick’s Day! It can happen and Chris will show us how tomorrow.

At 8:45am we’ll find out more about Halifax’s only independent Cinema called Carbon Arc. Located in the Museum of Natural History, the Cinema features buzzworthy films that don’t always make it to the Cineplex down the road. Siloën Daley will stop by the red table Tuesday to talk about how Carbon Arc Cinema started and give us the rundown on some upcoming feature films coming to the big screen.
