TORONTO – If there’s a warrant out for your arrest, it’s probably not a good idea to troll police on your Facebook ‘wanted’ poster.

That’s exactly what one Ohio man did and now he’s in police custody.

Butler County Sheriff’s Office posted a ‘ featured warrant of the week’ bulletin on its Facebook page Monday, asking for the public’s assistance in apprehending Andrew Dale Marcum.

The 21-year-old is accused of burglary, abduction, assault and domestic violence.

Shortly after the police posting, a Facebook user under the name Andrew Marcum commented on the posting.

“I ain’t tripping half of them don’t even know me,” the social media user wrote.

“Andrew Marcum- If you could stop by the Sheriff’s Office, that’d be great.”

On Tuesday morning, Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones began to troll Marcum on Twitter.
