KELOWNA – Shaw Go WiFi is temporarily available for free at 900 hotspots in the city of Kelowna.
They include City Park, Capri Mall, the yacht club and marina and the H2O Centre.
“Canadians are using the Internet more than ever and want a fast, reliable connection on-the-go in the places they visit the most, whether it’s their local coffee shops, parks or recreation centres,” says Shaw Communications spokesperson Katherine Emberly in a news release.
People who are not Shaw customers can connect to the WiFi network by selecting “ShawGuest” on the list of available hotspots.
The locations are available at www.shaw.ca/wifi or by downloading the Shaw Go WiFi Finder App.
The free service is available until March 22nd.
