WATCH ABOVE: Most wedding videos don’t go viral unless you have a moment like NASCAR driver Brian Scott did with his new stepdaughter. Allison Vuchnich reports.

TORONTO – NASCAR driver Brian Scott is used to thrilling fans on an oval track but a YouTube video showing his recent wedding vows has people gushing so much it has gone viral.

In the professional video, shot in Idaho and posted by PenWeddings two weeks ago, Scott can be seen reciting his vows to wife Whitney Kay.

“I vow to you that no matter what, no matter how messed up things get, I will always be your birthday candles,” Scott said, drawing a giggle from Kay.

The production takes an emotional, tear-jerking, turn when Scott addresses Brielle – Whitney’s daughter from a previous marriage.

“Brielle, can I tell you something?” Scott said as he knelt down to get her attention.

“I promise to always hold your hand and skip with you down the street and bring comfort to your life,” Scott said before pausing to try and maintain his composure. “I promise to read you stories at night, to always tuck you in real tight.

“I vow to show to you how a man should treat a woman in my relationship with your mother,” he promised as people in attendance struggled to hold back tears. “And above all else, I vow to protect you, care for you and love you forever.”

At the time of this writing, the video has been watched over one million times.

“There were many amazing moments over their wedding weekend,” PenWeddings said to describe the video. “But nothing touched us more than their sweet notes and vows to one another – except perhaps for Brian’s vows to Brielle. If that doesn’t bring you to tears, I don’t know what will.”
