At 8:15 we’ll get a visit from Dr. Howard Conter to discuss the increase in slip and fall incidents around Halifax this winter. It’s no secret that sidewalks around the city have been a sheet of ice and even though city crews are out trying their best, a lot of people are visiting emergency rooms around HRM with breaks and sprains.
