TORONTO – Subway service has resumed between Union to Bloor Station Monday morning after an earlier electrical power issue.
TTC head of communications Brad Ross said a flooded substation resulted in the power outage.
Commuters were advised to use the University Line to get downtown.

Additional shuttle buses were also in operation to help with the congestion.
The service was delayed just before 6 a.m. with full service restored just after 8 a.m.
