HALIFAX – Environment Canada says parts of Nova Scotia can expect another weekend of heavy rainfall.
Rainfall warnings have been issued for Sunday extending from the southwest of the province to the Eastern Shore.
Up to 30 millimetres of rain is expected to fall by the end of the weekend.
Environment Canada says heavy downpours could cause flooding in some areas.
The City of Halifax, which experienced flooding last weekend, says crews are working to clear catch basins to allow for proper drainage in advance of Sunday’s rain.
