WINNIPEG — Charles Simon Dorion is wanted by the Winnipeg Police on an outstanding warrant of arrest for failure to comply with a probation order.

Dorion is a high risk sex offender. He is 26 years old, 5’8″ and 126 pounds and described as having a medium build with black hair and brown eyes.
