RCMP warning Manitobans of poor road conditions

WINNIPEG – Blowing snow and slippery sections are causing poor road conditions across Manitoba.

RCMP have issued a warning to drivers in the central part of the province, saying to avoid travel if possible.

Anyone driving on Highway 6 is asked to slow down and make sure all their lights are working. RCMP also advised drivers to look out for large vehicles kicking up snow.

There have been several collisions on Highway 6 due to the road conditions.
