Tickets for Regina’s second fan expo went on sale Wednesday, and organizers are busy booking stars for the event.
Wednesday they added Lois Lane to the line-up. Superman actress Margot Kidder is coming to town. She’s also known for films Sisters, and Amityville Horror.
Also on deck is Jonathon Frakes, famous for playing Commander William T. Riker in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Earlier this week they told us Boba Fett is making a stop in the Queen City, or at least Jeremy Bulloch is. He’s the actor who played the bounty hunter in the original Star Wars trilogy.
You’ll also be able to meet Lawrence Guilliard of Walking Dead fame, and Shannon Doherty from Beverly Hills 90210 and Charmed.
Last year over 8000 people attended the event, many dressed as their favourite characters. It was the city’s first ever fan expo and organizers were thrilled with the turn-out.
Over 50 exhibitors were there selling or displaying their products, and over 30 artists showed up for the artist alley.
This year’s fan expo is April 25th and 26th at Evraz Place.
