A prisoner is on the loose somewhere in Saskatchewan, and RCMP are asking the public’s help to find him.
21-year-old Soloman Toutsaint is considered a non-violent offender.

He escaped while making a court appearance on break and enter charges in Black Lake on January 21st.
He’s described as Aboriginal, 5 feet 9 inches tall, about 150 pounds with a slender build.
Investigators have searched the communities of Stony Rapids and Black Lake, but found no trace of him.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call police.
