MONTREAL – Provincial police are searching for a motorist suspected of driving a stolen SUV through a Joliette shopping centre.
At around 5:25 a.m. Saturday, a suspect smashed through the glass entrance doors, drove around the mall and exited through another door.

The car was abandoned in a parking lot nearby and the driver fled by foot.
Despite the damages, the mall opened at its regular time.
