REGINA – A fire caused more than $60,000 worth of damage at an east end home Friday night.
Crews responded to the blaze just after 8:00 p.m. along the 1500 block of Grosvenor Street.

Nobody was home at the time of the fire and neighbors described heavy smoke billowing out of the home’s windows and doors.
Fire officials said the blaze started in the basement before spreading to the home’s support beams.
The official cause of the fire is still under investigation.
