TORONTO – A boy dressed only in a diaper was found wandering in North York Friday morning.
A person found the four-year-old boy walking alone Friday morning near Sheppard Avenue and Leslie Street. The person covered the boy in a jacket and called police.
Paramedics responded and treated the boy. He’s not expected to be taken to hospital.
The boy’s father is on scene.
It is still not clear how the boy ended up outside alone.
Temperatures had increased slightly from earlier in the week and hovered around freezing Friday morning. The temperature was – 2 degrees Celsius with a wind chill of – 8 degrees Celsius.
