UPDATE: The body of a missing and murdered Prince George man has been found. Jordan Taylor McLeod was last seen in January and his remains were found Feb. 22, 2015 off the Kaykay Forest Service Road, past the end of Nukko Lake Road, northwest of Prince George.
Investigators say they are fully aware of individuals that have direct knowledge of this incident and are asking these people to do the right thing and come forward.

VANCOUVER – RCMP in Prince George are looking for a man they say went missing shortly after they responded to a ‘shots fired’ call.
On Friday, Jan. 16, at 11:45 p.m., Prince George RCMP responded to a call of shots fired in the area of Upper Fraser Road, near Highway 16. Evidence at the scene pointed to the fact that someone may have been injured, but no suspect or victim has been found. However, a vehicle was seen leaving the area immediately after.
On Monday, Jan. 19, RCMP received a report of a missing 24-year-old man, Jordan Taylor McLeod. He was last seen in Prince George and Vanderhoof on Jan. 16.
Mounties say they believe the two incidents are connected. Serious Crime investigators are asking the public’s help in finding the vehicle that McLeod was believed to have been driving last Friday, a 2006 Burgundy Chevrolet Malibu.
They are also looking for a 2013 Chrysler 200. It is registered in Vanderhoof but was last seen in Quesnel on Jan. 8.
Police say if either vehicle is located, do not approach and call 9-1-1 immediately. Police do not believe the public is in danger.
McLeod is described as:
- First Nations male
- 178 cm (5’10”)
- 70 kg (154 lbs)
- Short brown hair
- Brown eyes
The description of the Chevrolet Malibu:
- 2006 Chevrolet Malibu
- Burgundy / Red
- Bearing BC licence plate number 163 RNA
- ‘Quality Assured Collision and Glass’ decal on both doors
The description of the Chrysler 200:
- 2013 Chrysler 200
- Grey
- Bearing BC licence plate number 693 RVV
