“I watched the video myself for the first time this afternoon and it is disturbing and highly inappropriate,” said Kootenay-Columbia school superintendent Greg Luterbach in an email.
RCMP will not be laying charges, but are in touch with the two children and their families.
The six-minute video, which was posted to YouTube on January 12 and has since been deleted, shows two boys around the age of 10 or 11 holding toy guns and discussing how to kill a teacher referred to as Ms. D.
