CRANBOOK, B.C. – Wyatt Sloboshan struck twice in the second period as the Saskatoon Blades got past the Kootenay Ice 6-4 Saturday. Cameron Hebig, Brycen Martin, Sam McKechnie and Brett Stovin rounded out the attack for the Blades (10-29-3), who snapped a four-game losing streak.

Levi Cable had a pair of goals for Kootenay (21-20-1), with Luke Philp and Tim Bozon adding the others.

The Blades next game is Friday when they host the Medicine Hat Tigers.
