EDMONTON – Police were called after a body was found next to an apartment complex just south of 118 Avenue on 124 Street Friday.
Police tape sectioned off the corner of a parking lot and a small opening to a crawl space of some kind, where the body of a middle-aged woman was discovered.
EPS West Division Acting S/Sgt. says police are waiting for the Medical Examiner to arrive, but adds the death doesn’t appear suspicious at this point.

A neighbour said she saw a woman crawl into the space a few days ago. When she saw evidence the woman was there on Friday, she called police.
EPS officers are still trying to determine the nature of the death.
