Monday Jan. 12th on The Morning News

By the end of the week, the Halifax Refugee clinic will be feeling a lot warmer! It’s all thanks to an energy retrofit being done by the Nova Scotia Homebuilders Association and MJM Energy. We’ll dig into the details of the renovation Monday at 6:45am.

At 7:15am we welcome back friend of the show Tristan Flynn. The last time the certified dog trainer and owner of Jollytails was on the show he discussed signs that you have a reactive dog. On Monday Flynn will take us through the different stages of reactivity and what dog owners can do to correct the behaviour.

We really enjoy putting faces to popular Halifax twitter feeds and that trend continues on Monday. At 7:45am we will reveal the couple behind the HALI FACTS (@FactsHali) twitter feed that’s been tweeting out tidbits of Halifax’s history for the past six months.

Woozles Children’s Bookstore wants to help parents and kids most of our next snow day.  Manager Suzy MacLean joins us at 8:15am with some great ideas for books and activities to keep everybody happy and cozy.  Plus, there just might be a Woozles giveaway.
