HALIFAX – Police say two people were taken into custody after a knife was allegedly pulled on a taxi driver in Halifax.
They say a man and woman got into a verbal argument related to their fare just before 6 p.m. Wednesday on Robie Street.
Police say one of the passengers wielded a knife, but that no one was injured.
Officers arrested two 18 year olds at the scene and seized a large knife.
They say the pair was due to appear in court Thursday to face a variety of charges, including robbery, possession of a dangerous weapon and assault with a weapon.
