VANCOUVER – Richmond RCMP are investigating after shots were fired at a vehicle Tuesday morning. The incident happened in the 8400-block of Garden City Road at about 9:30 a.m.
Police say a black sport-utility vehicle was seen leaving the area and it is unknown if anyone was injured.

“At this time no suspect has been identified however this does not appear to be a random act,” said A/Cpl. Dennis Hwang, Richmond RCMP media relations officer.
RCMP serious crimes unit is on scene, along with the Forensic Identification Unit, gathering evidence.
