BASS RIVER, N.B. – A suspect in the fatal crash that killed a 19-year-old man from Bass River, N.B. on New Years Day has been identified.
Richibucto RCMP are actively looking for the suspect, a 32-year-old man from Moncton. The man is believed to be the driver of a stolen pick up truck that left the scene of a fatal crash.
Charges in connection with this investigation have not been laid in court which is why the suspect’s name cannot be released yet.
RCMP continue to ask the public to call with any information that could assist with the investigation.
At the request of the family, the name of the 19-year-old man who died in the crash will not be released.
