Bringing in the new year at the Children’s Museum

WINNIPEG — Families crowded the Manitoba Children’s Museum at The Forks Wednesday afternoon to bring in the new year with family friendly entertainment.

The Museum gave kids the option to celebrate the coming of 2015 without having to stay up until midnight.

The Top Hats and Tiaras event boasted a live band, food, and a ginger ale toast after the countdown to noon Wednesday, accompanied by a balloon drop.
