TORONTO – A man has died after an incident Sunday night at a condo pool in Scarborough.

Paramedics were called at around 10:30 p.m. to a condo building near Warden and Steeles.
A man was rushed to hospital in critical condition where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Its still unclear what happened but police say no foul play is suspected.
