VERNON, B.C. — A former butcher-shop owner in Vernon, B.C., has been sentenced to four years in prison for sexually touching a person under the age of 16. Charles Taylor, also known as Jim Taylor, has pleaded guilty to the offence and must submit a DNA sample to the national sex offenders’ registry.
