It looks like Metro Vancouver will not turn into a winter wonderland come Dec.25. In fact, Christmas Day will be mostly dry across B.C., and that means perfect golfing weather in Vancouver.
The Fraserview, Langara and McCleery golf courses will all be open on Christmas Day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Vancouver Park Board says it is the second year in a row that the three championship golf courses will be open Christmas Day.
For the remainder of the holiday season, the courses will be open from dawn to dusk.
The pitch and putt courses at Stanley, Rupert and Queen Elizabeth parks are closed for the winter, but people can still play if they bring their own clubs.
