Weather update: Tuesday December 23rd 4:15pm
A cold front crosses our region Tuesday evening bringing showers to the valley. Areas above 900m will see flurries.
On Wednesday (Christmas Eve), we will see gradual clearing. An isolated shower is possible but most areas will stay dry and even see some breaks of sun.
A quiet Christmas Day is in the forecast with minimal or no precipitation and some sunny breaks.
A northerly flow aloft will bring cooler area to the region midweek. Expect daytime highs to be close to freezing after Thursday.
There is some uncertainty about this weekend, but another system with snow is possible for the valley late Friday and Saturday.
