CALGARY- As you might have guessed, malls around the city were packed all weekend.
Many shoppers that spoke to Global News at Chinook Centre left the mall successful in their last minute hunts for gifts.

“I will be brutally honest with you. It’s busy here. It’s busy but I’m trying to do the thing where I get my gift and get out,” one shopper said.
Other shoppers say Black Friday crowds at the mall were much worse than this weekend.
“It’s not anymore than it was on Black Friday. We were here on Black Friday and it was like double of that,” another shopper said.
“The mall is a gong show. I’m starting in September next year,” one woman said.
