WINNIPEG — An arrest has been made in connection with a sexual assault at the University of Winnipeg.
On Dec. 3, a 23-year-old woman reported being watched, then groped, by a man near the escalators.

After the assault, the man walked by the victim and left, police said in a news release. She reported the incident immediately.
Joshua James Wapash, 22, of Libau, Man., has been charged with sexual assault and failure to comply with a probation order for his alleged involvement.
