1 fresh sage leaf
1 fresh bourbon banilla bean

Garnish: Fresh sage leaf and vanilla bean
Glass: Wine glass

Split open the vanilla bean with a knife. In a mixing glass, gather all ingredients. Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon for 10 seconds. Strain liquid content in a wine glass with no ice. Add another fresh sage leaf as garnish (tap it in between palms to release oils). Take vanilla bean from mixing glass and add into service glass.
