Three men charged in Calgary meth bust

CALGARY – RCMP have charged three people in connection to a large meth bust in Calgary this month.

On December 9th, police confiscated over a pound of meth, which they say is equal to approximately 5,000 doses.

They also seized about $120,000 in Canadian currency.

Police have charged 31-year-old Gursharanjit Singh Parmar, 32-year-old Akwinder Kaur dayal and 46-year-old Trevor Louis Honish with possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine and possession of the proceeds of crime.

All three are set to appear in court on Friday, December 12th.
