HALIFAX – Police say a seven-year-old boy suffered non-life threatening injuries when he was hit by a car across from a Halifax school on Friday morning.
At 9:11 a.m., the boy was struck by the car, which was travelling north on Rockingstone Road across from Elizabeth Sutherland School. Police say he was not in a crosswalk when he was hit.

He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say no charges have been laid yet, but the investigation is ongoing.
