TORONTO – Chaos returned to the streets of Ferguson overnight after a grand jury cleared a white police officer in the death of Michael Brown.
A grand jury decided not to indict police officer Darren Wilson in the killing of the unarmed 18-year-old Monday night.
Protesters set fire to buildings and cars and looted local businesses near the area where Brown was killed.
