Back in 2012, Chief Bill Blair commissioned an internal review of the Toronto Police Service Community Engagement policy with the release of a list of recommendations.

Issues touched on include public accountability, community consultation, human resources and governance.

The recommendations are expected to be implemented by December 2016.
