Big River RCMP searching for missing teen

UPDATE: Crystal Netmaker has been located safe in Prince Albert.

BIG RIVER, Sask. – Police are searching for a missing Saskatchewan teen.

Mounties say Crystal Netmaker, 15, who frequently goes by the name of Lynn Gail Henderson, was last seen Monday afternoon leaving a residence on the Big River First Nation.

Netmaker told a friend she planned on walking to either North Battleford, approximately 230 kilometres from Big River, or to Prince Albert along Highway 55 and then Highway 3.

It is about 130 kilometres from Big River to Prince Albert.

Netmaker is five-foot six-inches, about 125 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She may not be dressed for the weather as she was last seen wearing a red hooded sweater with black stripes and grey sweat pants.
