The Rix Centre Awards are presented by The Vancouver Board of Trade, which honours one person and one organization each year, in memory of the late Dr. Don Rix.
The awards was presented at The Vancouver Board of Trade’s 28th Annual Governors’ Banquet on April 15 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
