REGINA – A man is recovering in hospital after police found the 24-year-old suffering from apparent stab wounds, early Saturday morning.
Officers say he was taken to hospital in life threatening condition.
Police said they were called to Broad Street and 15th Avenue at about 3:12 a.m. for a report of someone struck by a vehicle.
A neighbour, who did not want to be identified, near the intersection said she heard a woman yelling at the scene at around 3 a.m.
Officers were still at the scene, which was partly blocked off with orange pylons, at noon; that section of 15th Avenue has since been reopened.
Police are continuing the investigation and ask anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward.
