It’s not easy being a teenager – just ask a select group of Atlantic Canadian writers who contributed stories to a new anthology by Fierce Ink Press.   Becoming Fierce: Teen Stories IRL is good reading for anybody, but it’s hoped the book helps teens feel better about the curves life throws at them.  At 6:45 we chat with author Ben Boudreau about his story Say It’s Okay.

At 7:15 we’ll meet Subway Canada’s Commit to Fit Ambassador Carl Savard. The Quebec native started making healthier choices in his life and lost 100 pounds in teh months. He now travels across the country representing Subway and sharing his inspiring story with a stop in The Maritimes this weekend.
