Rob Ford casts ballot for brother, says he’s not feeling well

TORONTO – A weak-looking Rob Ford cast a ballot for his brother Doug Tuesday on the first day of advanced polling before the October 27 general election.

“Yeah, my brother’s going to be the best mayor this city’s ever had,” he told reporters after voting.

The mayor, who is currently out of hospital recovering from his second round of chemotherapy, voted at a Presbyterian church in Etobicoke and said he’s not feeling very good.

Doctors originally said he was to undergo two rounds of chemo before assessing whether the tumour in his abdomen could be removed surgically.

Ford said he’s scheduled to be back in hospital on October 29 but didn’t say whether it was for an assessment or a third round of chemotherapy.
