Straighten up and move – that’s the theme for  World Spine Day on Friday. At 6:45 we’ll get some tips from chiropractor Dr. Jason Plotsky that will help to ensure a healthy spine and posture. He’ll also show us a few moves that can help with the pain associated with bad posture.

At 7:15 we’ll talk with Troy Myers who will be moonlighting later this month from his day job as Chief Librarian with South Shore Public Libraries. On Friday he’ll travel to the Ukraine to work as an election observer as residents are set to elect a new parliament on October 26th.

We’ll have a special look at Truro’s popular Little Moe’s K9 Academy for dogs at 7:45. Crystal Garrett will have a feature interview and she’ll get up close and personal with a few of the canine stars as they strut their stuff for The Morning News!

Ghouls and goblins will be working up a sweat this weekend at the Zumba Halloween Retro Party in Bedford. We get a preview of this festive fitness class tomorrow at 8:15!
