TORONTO – Police are seeking witnesses after a woman was struck and killed by a Toronto Transit Commission bus this weekend.
Investigators say a 65-year-old woman was trying to cross Lawrence Avenue West around 10:30 a.m. Saturday when she was hit.

They say the bus was turning onto the street from the Lawrence West TTC station at the time.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.
