Weather update: Tuesday October 14th 5am
A cold front crossed our region this morning, and we will see partial clearing and sunny breaks in the wake of the cold front.
However, a slight chance of showers is still in the forecast for the Okanagan today, but areas to the north and east (Columbia, Arrow Lakes) will see a greater chance of showers today.
As a low circulates over the waters off of BC’s north coast, it will continue to drive clouds and showers in the region. Another round of precipitation is expected on Wednesday under this moist southwesterly flow.
A weak upper ridge will dry most of the Southern Interior out on Thursday.
Okanagan – Today’s High: 14 to 19C
Columbia/Shuswap/Arrow Lakes – Today’s High: 10 to 15C
