A 52-year-old man who fled Canada after he was charged with one count of sexual assault has been arrested.
Fred William Bilawey fled Canada after he was charged on March 20, 2014.

Police say a woman reported a sexual assault to them after she responded to a Craigslist ad for a waitress/bartender position at a local bar.
Bilawey returned to Canada on September 20, 2014 and was arrested. He has entered a guilty plea to one count of sexual assault and is currently in custody awaiting sentencing.
