A trial date has now been set up for three men charged in a brazen gangland killing in Kelowna.
Red Scorpion gang leader Jonathan Bacon was gunned down outside the Delta Grand Hotel in August of 2011.
Several other people were injured, including a high-ranking member of the Hells Angels and a member of the Independent Soldiers crime group.
A judge has now set a trial date for April 4, 2016, nearly five years after the incident.
Jujhar Khun-Khun, Jason McBride and Michael Jones remain in custody.
Their lawyers asked for the trial to be moved to a different city to ensure an unbiased trial, but the judge ruled it will remain in Kelowna.
The jury trial is expected to last six months.
