First up on Wednesday we’ll meet Matt Bonvie of the popular north end personal training studio Evolve Fitness. The folks at Evolve are planning a big event later in the month called “Evolve After Dark” in support of the YMCA on Gottingen St. Matt will stop by on his way to work at 6:45 to talk about the event and what’s up at his ap and coming fitness studio.
We’ll talk with NDP MLA Dave Wilson at 7:15 about a bill he introduced in the legislature last week that would see first responders and paramedics covered by workers’ compensation when they develop post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of being on the job. As a former paramedic for nine years, Wilson knows all too well the challenges faced by first responders when on the job.
