REGINA – A Regina man is facing assault charges after a man was allegedly stabbed early Monday morning.
Police were called to the 800 block of Angus Street 5:30 AM Monday morning, and when they arrived they found a man with apparent stab wounds.

The 39 year-old victim was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Twenty-five year-old Evan Jake Pelletier of Regina is charged with assault with a weapon and failure to comply.
Pelletier will make his first court appearance on Tuesday morning.
