CALGARY – RCMP are looking to the public for information on a hit-and-run east of Calgary last week.
Emergency crews were called to Highway 1 near the turnoff to Paradise Road around 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
They found a 57-year-old man unconscious with severe injuries near the shoulder of the eastbound lanes.
The victim remains in hospital in critical but stable condition.
According to police, it’s believed he walks in the area frequently, and was wearing dark clothing when he was hit.
